Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. We strive to be on time for you and would appreciate the return favor.

Insurance and Billing

We can accept insurance payment/assignment of benefit from any traditional dental insurance/benefit plan and all planned provider organizations (PPO). At this time we are a Delta provider (Delta Dental Premiere PPO). Our office strives to deliver the highest standards of care and for that reason we do not participate in Dental Management Organizations (DMO). We believe that your choice of a dentist and treatment specific to your needs is your best value in dentistry. If you have a PPO we can provide attractive options to let you become part of our patient family despite not being a preferred provider. We are not a "clinic" but rather treat our patients individually and are willing to take whatever time necessary to achieve an excellent clinical result. It is for these reasons and more that we have opted to remain free of the dictates of insurers which limit benefits, require minimal care standards, or set fees at low levels requiring higher patient volumes and lower cost materials to offset the difference. The slighter higher out of pocket cost you may experience here is more than offset but what we offer, the education and experience level of our doctor and team, and the very way we deliver this care to you our valued patient.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. Fees and portions of fees not covered by a dental/insurance benefit plan are due at time of service. We do not bill for services.
