Dr. Poticny is internationally known as one of the world's leading experts on use of CAD/CAM and high-tech dentistry for the betterment of oral health. He is co-founder for the Southwest Center for Advanced Clinical Studies and 21st Century Practice Solutions with education centers in Houston, Charlotte, Cleveland, Tampa, and Ann Arbor where he and the nation's top experts in CAD/CAM Dentistry teach dentists from the world over advanced dental restorative techniques. He has given presentations in over 41 states, Canada, Mexico, and Australia to a variety of dentists and dental organizations, conferences, and dental institutions.
Additionally, Dr. Poticny is a published author with numerous articles on restorative dentistry, CAD/CAM dentistry, and dental practice management. He also conducts dental research and was the first dentist in the United States to perform live patient treatment at a major dental conference.

Dr. Poticny is a graduate of The Ohio State University and the Baylor College of Dentistry. He is fellow of the Academy of Compuerized Dentistry and a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Dallas County Dental Society, International Association for Dental Research, the Academy of Computerized Dentistry, and holds a teaching certificate from the International Society of Computerized Dentistry. He is married with two children and resides in Arlington, Texas.
